Main Menu

      Through the  program Main Menu you can access almost all the screens and functions that the program provided. The following figure M-1 shows the main menu contains File, Main, Folder, Record, Photo, Report, Music, and Help eight submenus.

  • File submenu

      The File submenu includes five menu items showing as following figure M-2.

      Get Photo(s) : Copy the file(s) of the selected photo image(s) to the disk.

      E-Mail Photo(s) : E-mail the file(s) of the selected photo image(s).

      Make Web Page(s) : Make web page(s) using the selected photo images.

      Program Setup : Setup the program using local database or the database on network, using default web browser or user chosen web browser.

      Exit the Program : Terminate the program.

  • Main submenu

      The Main submenu contains the menu items to access the five main different screens provided by the program. The five main screens are "Data View", "Thumbnail View", "Form View (Edit)", "Add New", and "Image Play". The figure M-3 shows the menu items of the Main submenu.

      Data View : To access the "Data View" screen.

      Image View : To access the "Thumbnail View" screen.

      Form View : To access the "Form View (Edit)" screen.

      Add New : To access the "Add New" screen.

      Image Play : To access the "Image Play" screen.

  • Folder submenu

      The menu items of the Folder submenu are used to access the functions to manage the folders of the Folder Tree. There are seven menu items showing as following figure M-4 in the Folder submenu.

      Add New Folder : Add a new subfolder of the current folder.

      Rename Folder : Rename the current folder.

      Delete Folder : Delete the current folder.

      Folder Cut : Cut the current folder for later to paste.

      Folder Copy : Copy the current folder for later to paste.

      Folder Paste : Paste the cut or copied folder to the current folder.

      Record Paste (to folder) : Paste the cut or copied records / pictures to the current folder.

  • Record submenu

      The menu items in the Record submenu are used to manage the records / pictures. The following figure M-5 shows the menu items of the Record submenu.

      Add New Record : Access the "Add New" screen to add new record(s) / picture(s).

      Edit Record : Access the "Form View (Edit)" screen to edit the current record.

      Delete Record : Delete the selected record(s) / picture(s) from the database.

      Remove From Folder : Remove the selected record(s) / picture(s) from the current folder, but not delete it / them from the database.

      Record Cut : Cut the selected record(s) / picture(s) for later pasting.

      Record Copy : Copy the selected record(s) / picture(s) for later pasting.

      Record Paste (to folder) : Paste the cut or copied record(s) / picture(s) to the current folder.

      Query Database : Run the query dialog to query the records of the current folder.

      Search Record : Run the search dialog to search the record of the current folder.

      Select All : Select all the records by marking them.

  • Photo submenu

      The Photo submenu contains the menu items showing as following figure M-6.

      Get Photo(s) : Copy the file(s) of the selected photo image(s) to the disk.

      E-Mail Photo(s) : E-mail the file(s) of the selected photo image(s).

      Make Web Page(s) : Make web page(s) using the selected photo images.

  • Report submenu

     The Report submenu contains the menu items used to print reports showing as figure M-7.

      Photo Image List : Print report as a list of photo images.

      Photo Image Gallery : Print report as a gallery of photo images.

  • Music submenu

      The menu items of the music submenu are used to select music and to turn on / off the music when play the image slide show. The figure M-8 shows the menu items.

      Setup Music : Select music files for playing when play the image slide show.

      Play Music : Turn on / off the music when play the image slide show.

  • Help submenu

      The figure M-9 shows the menu items of the help submenu.

      Help Contents : Display the help of the program.

      About the Program : Display the "About the Program" dialog.
